The law firm VDA, founded by Gerard J.A. van Dinter, is based in Roermond.

Dutch law graduate Gerard van Dinter was first sworn in as an attorney in 1983 and initially worked in the profession until mid 2001, spending ten years of that time as a partner at the firm now known as Boels Zanders. He has extensive experience of both providing legal advice and conducting litigation. In 2001, he took what later transpired to be an eight-year break from the profession to work as an independent property entrepreneur.

This switch was mainly intended to gain a fresh perspective on the business world. As a result, he now benefits from an extensive network, as well as wide-ranging knowledge, skills and experience of various sectors, including property and finance. During that period he also developed a clear vision on how service ought to be provided.

VDA never confines itself to the legal issues involved; the firm always keeps commercial and other considerations firmly in focus, drawing on Mr Van Dinter’s wealth of experience.
